Payment Arrangements:

Payment in full must be received no later than 3 days prior to travel. Any booking requests within 3 days of departure must be settled in full by credit card upon confirmation.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we contact you personally. All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking. Should your reservation be submitted over a weekend or public holiday, your request will be processed during the next business day.

For cancellations received up to 3 days prior to departure, the following cancellation fees shall apply...

For a single night booking, a cancellation fee of AUD$50.00 will be charged.
For a multiple night booking, a cancellation fee equating to the first night's accommodation will be charged.

Insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel.
